At Octo , 98% of the employees practice telecommuting and 20% live in the regions thanks to a very complete hybrid work program. As a consulting company, Octo has to deal with clients who impose their own pace of presence in the office. In response, Octo has opted for autonomy and flexibility according to the missions by opting for a self-organization of hybrid work at the team level. At the same time, the use of offices was reviewed to reinforce the feeling of "tribe" when returning to the site and the use of coworking on demand was opened to meet the expectations of employees for more freedom in the choice of workplace.
